Mobile App Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the fitraat-focus mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the fitraat-focus mobile app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with app operations.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account on the app.
4. Intellectual Property
All app content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through fitraat-focus are owned by or licensed to fitraat-focus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan in the app, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Billing, renewals, and cancellations may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their policies in addition to these terms.
6. Device Permissions and Notifications
The app may request device permissions such as notifications to support reminders and product features. You can manage permissions anytime in your device settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The fitraat-focus app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fitraat-focus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.
